Orange is one of those words that famously has nothing perfectly to rhyme with it. The other one is silver. However, the Oxford Rhyming Dictionary does show both these words as having half-rhymes (such as lozenge with orange and salver with silver).

You can slit your wrists discreetly
whilst your family is drowsing,
you can hear your neighbours breathing
through the walls of council housing
you can be so odd,
you don't find every inch of me arousing,
but you'll never find a rhyme for orange
There are a few, however:
lozenge
binge
cringe
fringe
hinge
singe
tinge
challenge
impinge
syringe
scavenge
Also various place names.
