Reddish Whitish Bump Located On Penis?

I have what looked to be a very minor bump cause from possible a hair follicle. It has now grew to a slightly larger size like a small pimple. How long till it goes away and give me the scoop on it. And no, I don't have any std's I saw a doctor a couple months ago (urologist and went to the clinic for a full screening and examination)

If you have this condition and the doctor didn't say anything about it I would suggest you change doctors and try a new one.
