I would tell you. It has happened to me quite a few times. There is someone who lives around me who apparently looks like my twin cuz I've been spotted in several places that I've never actually been. I did find out that she is a nurse. That's all I know.

I would tell you that you didn't know me (which is real) to avoid an uncomfotable conversation. But if you're cute enough, I'd say "You don't know me, but I would sure want to get to know you".
