Depends on what kind of car it is, what year it is, how many miles it has, and all of those extras that come with it. You have to provide alot more info

Used cars typically have a mark up of about $2500 to $3500 US dollars.
Please remember that a dealer is there to make a profit and provide you a service. The more you knock them down on price the worse the service becomes. Let them make some money. I would say a fair price would be $25000. It sounds like a nice used car and it probably still has warranty left. They will also guarantee Inspection and would most likely look to help you if you don't bust their chops. Bust their chops and when you come in with a problem see where it gets you.

Way less than that!! A used car shouldn't be worth that much unless it's a lexurie car (BMX, Lexus, some SUV's) Keep in mind that once the bank gets ahold of the loan the APR is going to make the loan on the car go WWAAAYYY up there... like for example, my husband and I had gotten a 2000 GMC Jimmy for $15,999 but once the bank got ahold of the loan and charged us with a 7.2% interest it raised the loan to $25,000!!! So we were paying 420$ a month... icky!! So just watch out! unless you are paying cash then you won't have to worry about APR.. but if you are paying with cash then I wouldnt waste money on a USED car =)
Hopefully this was helpful!!

Check websites like www.vehix.com such websites are a nightmare for salesmen because they can't jack up the price. People can learn just what the car costs and what the average selling prices are.
