how many times has the league title been decided on goal differace or goals scored??

i know it happened at least once liverpool beating leeds in the early 60s in the same year man united beat leeds in the FA cup poor leeds so close to the double.

the only time i can remeber is 1989 arsenal beat liverpool
2-0 in the last game of the season and won the league by 1 goal the wan-ers
