is it the program itself or i need get the new version of goole earth instead of the free one i have?

It is not the program - that is working fine. It is the photographs that the program is using. Some parts of the world have been photographed by satellites a whole lot, in very fine detail. In Google Earth, these are the areas you can zoom all the way into. Other areas aren't photographed so much - the owners of the satellites usually only take pictures of things that matter - roads, rivers, etc. Areas of the world that they don't care so much about - the middle of the ocean, vast empty patches of jungle, etc. - they don't bother with.

Over time, more of the planet will be photographed, and in detail, so the situation should only improve.

Yes. Creatures that live in water must be streamlined to travel. For land animals, four legs are very stable. Eyes that can view things in the direction of travel seem better than eyes located to see what's behind. A mouth positioned to be able to eat what is seen seems a better location than a mouth at the opposite end. My opinion is that, yes, alien creatures will be somewhat similar the Earth creatures. Some environmental differences, such as the amount of gravitational pull or mixture of gasses in the air, would change the size of various anatomical features. .

They are satelite photographing as fast as is possible! Some satelite photo resources are secret and aren't given over to Google for your use, master!

google earth is composed of millions of satelite images from many satelites. certain rural areas are not very clear because few satelites have taken high res pictures of them .
