My friend told me I was a spazz, I don't know if it's an insult or compliment LOL!

to me being a spazz means being completely random and totally spontaneous...weird things make you happy or sad and/or excited...i dont think its good or bad i just think it's a statement...

its not a compliment. a spazz is someone that overreacts or gets upset about little thing.

it is definantly not a compliment it means you are paranoid or you overreact about stuff id kno i call people spazzes all the time

It means you are easily "EXCITABLE!" You know-"HYPER!" It's not an insult unless they said it in a really negative tone..
