Whats the worst thing that happened when you were having job interviews (supervisors and managers) ?

Whats the strangest, wierdest, or most unusual thing you have seen when you had job interviews ?

i was doing interview at a career fair for entry level customer service positions. the flier said come prepared to interview that day. a gentleman showed up in shorts and a dirty tank top. i did not want to judge a book by it's cover so gave the man a chance. he proceeded to curse in every sentence he used to answer my questions. i proceeded to ask him if he realized he was cursing and he said he did but could control it unless a customer got under his skin. needless to say he did not get the job assisting our customer base.

I went on an interview once on my lunch hour. The company wasn't far from my employer at that time. The woman in HR who interviewed me was more interested in looking at her computer screen (probably checking her e-mails or maybe on an "interesting" web site). I wanted to reach over the desk and strangle the women. Because of her behavior, I lost interest in the job. Not long afterwards, I heard they fired that woman (gee, I wonder why?). They lost a good, dedicated, employee (me) by having someone like that woman in HR.
