i have this document i made and want it to be a web page so i can upload it on the internet

You save the document as a web page.

Caution: MS office generates VERY SHITTY HTML code! I suspect anything but IE would open it.

File > Save As >

Then look for the .html or web page option from the file type list.

Alternatively, create your page in Front Page which comes with Office 2000 (if that's what you have)

Click File, Save As, and where it lists the file type, click the type of file and select "htm/html (Web Page)"
