Have you been caught out by time wasters on Ebay?

Question

I just tried to sell for the first time - Registered the item last night, and lo and behold this morning it was sold. Someone had gone to the trouble of setting up an Ebay account this morning (with false details), Buying the item, using the Buy it Now option, and then canceled their Ebay account - Obviously to my irritation they had no intention of buying. Can anyone shed any light as to why they would do that - Surely it can't be down to pure badness???

sounds like you were hit with a Nigerian BIN bandit.

you should contact ebay and let them know. you should be refunded your fees

to avoid this in the future, list the item as BIN with a PAYPAL ACCOUNT and IMMEDIATE payment required.
