Speed = 15 km/h

To convert, mulitply by a conversion rate. To decide the rate, you need to make sure the old unit is on the opposite side of the fraction in your conversion rate. For example, since in speed, hours are on the bottom of the fraction, then your rate needs to have hours on top: 1 h / 60 min

Your conversion rate is a fancy way of multiplying by 1. 1h = 60 min, so 1 h / 60 min = 1. However, the units cancel after you multiply, leaving you with the units you need.

speed = 15 km/h * 1 h / 60 min = .25 km * h /min * h = .25 km/min
.25 km/min * 20 min = 5 km
