because with the below temps we're getting it's too cold too snow!?!? I dunno......but I wish it'd warm up and I could go out and make a snowman or sled ride in 2 feet of packed snow!!

[I am not sure, but I believe the fading El Nino dried you upa bit so far this winter]
Winter is not over YET, things are CHANGING, and next year could be very different. BTW, now is the time to assess your TORNADO proofness!!!!
