No explanation from you but in my opinion if you are a student in school in grade school to high school, private or not, I think there should be none because you are only a kid once. If you are an adult from 18 on up or teen working at a job you should dress according to your job requirements and nice looking to impress your bosses. If your hair is long male or female at lease have it brushed neatly and not like you just got out of bed. I hate seeing when I walk in a store or restaurant and see someone at the register seeing that hair looking like they just got out of bed and should go brush their hair

Are you and your Clique hopeless at dressing . Well how about a dress code ! It works and everyone can add there own personal touch as well .

Steps
Gather your clique together for a shopping trip . First of all work out how much money you all are planning to spend . If you strapped for cash go for cheap stores such as Mackays and New Look . on days when they have advertised sales. You never know what you could find!
Next figure out what colours suit all of you . If the majority like pink and other pastel colours go for that. But remember you do not want to be the same as the other girls so add accesiores such as a long necklace or a new pair of silver earrings .
Make up days when you all wear a certin colour example :-
Baby blue on monday . Yellow Tuesday etc etc .

Tips
If you all like make up try wearing all the same coloured make up but with diffrent touches. For example : If one girl likes kohl all you don't have to wear kohl .
Try wearing your hair similar on certin days .
Be sure to include everyone in all the decisions. This will decrease the chances of a huge fight.

Dont argue about this it only encourages falling outs .
Some people might be jealous of your look and try to copy it .

You'll have to be more specific than that. If you mean for a bar or club it usually means dress to impress which means means no athletic wear, nothing too big, nothing trashy and sometimes it means no jeans.
