like once a month i think? well thats my BIG let out! i sometimes will do a little at a time, but i'm a girl...so like ill cry every once in a while so guys tend to think thats weird...i dunno, am i off here?
anywho i usually do this with music

When stuff builds up and I just need to pray - I give it all up to God. He tells us to. Sometimes I pray all day, just an attitude of prayer all through the day and other times, days go by...stuff builds up and somehow it squeezes out...maybe I have a leaky soul.......hee.
