should i do what he is asking for or call a lawyer and sue from harassment (sp?)?

Depending on how bad you need this job. If your job is high dollars or the only thing you have to feed your kids with then no. But dont throw aways any notes ever. Keep them put the dates on them and trust someone in your work place and tell them what's going on for witness purposes. Cause if you try to sue you will need physical proof on your side.

He's stupid enough to leave notes? Call a lawyer and present every little note you've gotten today and if any before. Work relationships are bad ideas. Especially with the boss. Take care of this little problem before it gets bad.

Call attention to the post-it when he delivers it in front of the rest of your co-workers so you have witnesses. Show the post-it to everyone and then call the boss into his office to discuss your promotion and raise versus the lawsuit that you will be filing.

well unless our boss is the owner of the company i would first file a complaint with a owner if the problem continues then i would see help from a lawyer
