Mine does exactly the same thing.Get on to BT technical helpline 0800 0850389. They can change the hub to one of the other 13 channels available within the hub. You will no doubt end up speaking to someone in New Delhi. They really do try to be helpful and they can, with your approval access your computer remotely to change the channel. That may not cure the problem but it's worth a try. If you ordered the hub online it should have been free, that speaks for itself I feel.

Phone the Bt Helpline and they will offer you a free upgrade on a router as it sounds like your Hub has gone BOOM!! The Bt helpline is 0800 389 2312 . My homehub seems to work fine so it is probably just a small probalem.

Hope this solved your question.
