Have not use this particular company, did use DCC (debt consolidation corporation) I personally do not reccommend a debt consolidation company. I tried this and a debt settlement company. I have paid them both a total of $22000.00 and only paid down my debt about $5000.00. I am now in the process of filing bankruptcy chapter 13. (still going to be paying creditors just not as much) I wish I had just filed bankruptcy in the beginning. I was only $30,000. in debt in the first place.

(assuming you're UK).

NO NO NO!!!!!

You're broke already, why pay £70 a month to a company (which will go on the MD's yacht and daytime TV ads) if your income is less than your outgoings? Digging a bigger hole.

Google the CCCS, they do what the vultures on TV do for _free_, and will be truthful about the best course of action for you instead of pushing you into a fee-earning IVA.

I agree with bigbaps, go to the CAB first, they will help you negotiate with you creditors and that really is free.
