Valentine's Day is a holiday made up by card and flower companies. It makes single people feel lonely and for those in a relationship, you feel the pressure to run out and buy something for your significant other. No, I don't like Valentine's Day.

I must admit, I like Valentine's Day a lot more when I am in a relationship.
Valentine's Day is a good time for people who aren't with anyone to go do nice things for veterans, the elderly, and hospital patients.

It's just a way to get you to spend money. I don't need a specific day to show my significant other my love for him (now, if only I had somebody to show my love to, but that's another story).
I'm more interested in the day afterwards, my birthday!

I don't like Valentine's Day.... My boyfriend thinks it's not important, so he doesn't even REMEMBER to get me something nice!!!

It's just another thing created by the corporations to get you to spend money. Kind of like engagement rings. People shouldn't need corporations to tell them how to show someone they love them.

Hate it because my husband always buys me jewelery which I don't need. I can never figure out what to buy him, he has everything. TOO MUCH PRESSURE! A pointless holiday with too much hype!
