i am sorry if i piss any one off i am just being honest, and trying to find out what is wrong with myself. i have been diagnosed with depression and ansiety,and some times i start to amagine people dont want me to feel good, i start to fantasize that they become jealous if i found a way to be more funktional, like i might become a threat to them. are these paranoid thoughts ? why am i geting these thoughts ? please some one tell me people are not like this, i have been geting this feeling alot lately that people that are well and healthy and that apere to be sucsessive, woud just as soon leave me that way. please some one give me some hope,i am stuck here in this concrete building. i hardly ever go out. its very depressing, how can people that havent even seen are been through what i have judge me are tell me what is good for me. are how to get well. i cant understand these people, please give me something to just make it through the next couple days, please from a common person.

Thats what Anxiety and depression is all about...it makes u get negative thoughts.....and these thoughts become so real that you start believe in it...
Think Possitive....get some one you can share your possitive thoughts with....
You Fears will soon become something you can joke about...because these fears never materialize..... Hope you take my advice....take care

I think you would benefit greatly from taking to someone, if not your GP, maybe a trained Counsellor or Hypnotherapist. Over time, they will be able to help you get to the root of the problem and help you work out a plan to cope with everyday stresses. You can contact your local complemenatry health centre who will put you in touch with an experienced and fully qualified therapist.
I don't know whether you are on any medication for your depression, but if you're not then it might also be useful for you to discuss this option with your GP.

Ring the Samaritans, luv. You need someone professionally trained to talk through your concerns rather than some of the unkind and insensitive people who frequent the message boards here.
