Im sorry to say that your poor little phone has contracted a virus. Caribe is a nasty little piece of software which installs itself on your phone after it has been received via bluetooth. it then carries on sending out copies of itself via bluetooth to any phone that is near yours for long enough. It only affects Symbian operating systems on the Nokia, you can get it removed by having the software flashed. (See you network provider or a nokia repair centre) .
To make sure you dont get infected again make sure that your bluetooth is switched off at all times unless it is connected to a headset or you are switching it on to receive a specific file from someone you know.

I have a Nokia N73, but I don't know what Caribe is. However, if it's a wallpaper and you wish to change it, it's very easy to do. Go to your "Gallery", "Images and Video", choose a picture that you'd like as a wallpaper on your front screen, press the central key to select the picture, press "Options", then select "set as wallpaper". The picture will then upload to the front screen as your wallpaper. I hope this helps.
