can anyone help me? i am having problems getting my pc to recognize a usb cable from my alcatel ot-e801 mobile

it recognises that there is a device atatched but it says it has malfunctioned, is this a problem i can cure or is it the phone

download the specific driver for your phone and then install it then it should work fine.

till i'm lacking something, all a USB cable might desire to be is a thank you to stay away from having to crawl at the back of the laptop to hook up something to a rear-fastened USB port. there is not any longer something to nicely known, and no CD by any potential. wish that facilitates.
