well green eyes!!!! nice!
i think for your eyeshadow u'd better chose distinct colors like purple , pink , light blue{in case your eyes are dark green} dark blue,golden{in case your eyes are light green}
If your eye color is light green then darken all around your eye by an eye pencil, or a BLACK eyeshadow!
eye liner is an essential, it works on your eye shape!
use concealer to lighten under your eyes and apply dark blusher on your cheeks { the color of the blusher depends on your eyeshadow and lipstick, for example if you have golden eyeshadow brown blusher with light concealer under your eyes would be perfect!}
if you have thick lips treat them with a nice lip gloss or a christal lipstick{ like maybelline christal lipsticks} , i suggest ISADORA lip gloss, or lancome juicy tube ! in case your lips are thin ...don't forget the lip liner!!!
oh
i almost forgot about your eyebrows! keep them CLEAN all the time it's really important!
Good Luck dear :-)
P.S: use good brands for your cosmetic stuff, your face skin is very important and you have to take good care of your health!

Make-up colors tend to change with the seasons, so I wouldn't get "married" to one specific color palette. Any number of colors may look good on you. Try these ideas, depending on your budget:
- Companies like Almay and pop cosmetics have eyeshadow palettes that are "pre-assembled" to look good for specific eye colors. Try just buying one of these, and pick colors that are similar to these in the future.
- Make an appointment at a local department store's cosmetics counter (especially if they are having some kind of give-away) and have a make-over. They will suggest various products based on what colors you like, or what what new lines they are carrying at the time (you're in charge, so if you think something is not working, speak up!). Generally, you are not obligated to buy anything in exchange for this "free" make-over, so you can take their ideas and buy colors from the drug store. Sometimes, you ARE required to make a purchase, so make sure you ask before you make the appointment.
-Experiment on your own. Many drug stores have money-back guarantees on make-up products, so you can return them if something REALLY doesn't work for you. Most drug store cosmetics are pretty cheap, so you wouldn't be out a whole lot of money if you didn't like something, in any case.
-Scan fashion magazines or websites for ideas. The MAC Cosmetics website, for example, has whole "looks" posted (where their cosmetics are used, of course).
-Go to a salon and ask for a make-over. Many salons have make-over packages where they do your make-up and/or hair. You can ask them for tips on colors and make-up application. This option may get pricey depending on what you get.
Have fun!

go to a makeup counter in the mall,and they will hook you up, but it seems like your a natural girl, so get a brown palette from mac, that has 5 shades of brown, and you can enhance your brows, and eyes!!!!!!
