really bad pmt, stressed out most of the time, cant eat breakfast anymore, wake a couple of times each night absolutely drenched in sweat even though im not hot, permanently suffering from thrush attacks, had a few water infections, every few weeks, spend a couple of days with severe headaches and feel very shakey as though im going to faint, the fear of fainting increased by the fact that i have a two year old child at home with me, im terrified a might black out while were in on our own, im pretty sure its some kind of hormone imbalance.
my grandmother went through the change when she was 34 and i keep thinking its that.

You need to see your doctor immediately. Tell all your symptoms, and they'll do some tests to determine what's going on.

Sometime hormone problems can be helped by good nutrition. I used to have mood swings, pmt, drop things, night sweats etc etc when I was in my early 40's.Then I discovered some great advice on nutrition and supplementation. It totally changed my life!! Check out the website below.
Now I am in my 50's and am going through the menopause with absolutely no problems at all!!

I would first make sure it has to do with hormones. It can be simply done by a blood test. I had problems myself with hormones but none of the symptoms you are describing. If it is hormones then try stuff like Agnus Castus, Black Cohosh or Don Quai. Agnus Castus in liquid form did miracles for me. There is also the contraceptive pills but sometimes they bring more trouble than they solve it. In fact I had more hormonal problems on it that without and I tried many but for some women it works. fine. Thrush can definitely be helped by banning sugar and especially refined sugar as it feeds on it. Sometimes Lactose is also the culprit but you will have to try for yourself. In any case I would definitely consult my doctor as it will be easier to help yourself if you know what the problem actually is. You do not want to make your situation worse if you are not suffering from what you thought. Good Luck.

Could be. Definitely see your GP, ask for hormone levels to be checked and seriously consider HRT if you don't have risk factors (like high blood pressure, smoking, family history of breast cancer...) I've been on it for 5 years since 46 (menopause at 45) and find it's brilliant, will keep on taking the pills and sticking the patches as long as I'm allowed!

sounds like the change for at least some of your problems.

Read Suzanne Somer's new book called Ageless.

Avoid synthetic hormones at all costs.

Try to find a practitioner that will treat you with bioidential hormone replacement therapy.

Get on birth control, it really helped regulate my mood swings due to hormones. And if you're already on the pill, get something stronger or something that better suits your age.
