What's better a skirt blouse combo or a dress ?
Long or short. Heels or flats ? Pandyhose or someting else ?
Any other advise ?

Depends on the situation you find yourself in
Ie working i would say a skirt and blouse combo this would also be elegant when going out to meet some one for the first time during the day
However if you want to add sexy and elegant a dress is good depending on the cut of the fabric
Heels depends again if the dress is long then high heels present a cutting figure which is elegant and sexy flats dont quite go right with high heels
High heels when wearing a pencilskirt can make the calves very alluring but panty hose never best are stockings
Basically this is why it takes a woman a long time to dress (sorry girls but its true )

I prefer a skirt and blouse combo myself. There are more different options available with those than a dress. If you are going formal, though, a little black dress is the way to go. In the winter, I prefer a mid-calf to ankle length, with leggings or hose underneath. In the summer, knee length or mini. Flats if you are on your feet a lot. Heels are a lot more glamorous and fun. Accessorize and don't overdo your make-up.

I really like short skirts and blouses or t-shirts. High heels over flats, and I actually do prefer pantyhose over anything else. Dresses are nice, but I wear them mostly in private social gatherings rather than at the clubs.

I have always enjoyed a skirt and blouse combination. More choices to mix and match. Make many outfits with only a few items.
As far as hem Length, it all depends on how great your legs look and the time of year. During this time, I like mid calf Length, but in the warmer months, I love 2" above the knee.
And shoes? Well if you plan and doing a lot of walking and standing, flats are the way to go. Other than that, no more than 3" heels.
Leg-wear it always pantyhose. I just adore wearing them. They really are not as bad as many make them out to be.

I hate panty hose myself so I would never advise someone to wear them. Flats-b/c u might be pretty tall already, skirt blouse-b/c I've never been fond of dresses myself.

Im not quite comfortable for crossdressing...you know why?its because why do u want to do a crossdressing if you are in good and piece of mind.anyways it depends on what occassions.if its a party and both people who will come to the party are they willing to crossdress to...just go to some places that has a custume that will feet for your body.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Yes, always wear pantyhose there the best. Try heels but you may end up going to flatts.
