I sleep on my side with my feet pulled up to me and that is classed as the foetal position which indicates that i'm still a mummys girl at heart lol!!

Personally I sleep in the foetal position and also in the freefall position! (apparently that's rare!)

I mostly sleep on my stomach......kind of like they describe on this page i found as the freefall.....can't really say it rings true with the meaning for me though.....apparently I'm brash and gregarious.....

i sleep on my left side with my knees drawn up to my chest. It's comfrtable, i am left handed and also my hubby likes to cuddle me this way
