No this was one of Fatboy Slim's alter ego's. Or more accurately, one of Norman Cook's pseudonyms.

Try any dance compilation from around '96ish, I'm sure I've got it kicking around on some compilation.

It was released as a CD single in 1995. You should be able to get it second-hand from Amazon Marketplace or eBay.
