Wet Seal Clothing (online store) they have super cute dresses for between 20 and 30 bucks, even some cute ones on clearance for like 15. I love this store, the pieces are trendy, and most things you could dress up or down, depending on the shoes, hair, etc.

Definetly DEB. I got my prom dress which by the way was SOO cute for 4 dollars. 4 dollars you cant beat that. Oh and its not like a goodwill or anything its a real good store. they just have a sale right now because of prom:

If you are in the UK. Try Fonthill Road, Finsbury Park. There is a shop there called Lola's where you can get nice dresses reasonably.

Primark if you look carefully you will find cheap clothes that look good. H&M also fab value and everything is really funky, they also sell beautiful summer dresses for little girls.
