In the movie Blood Diamond, what happens to Leonardo DiCaprio's character? Does he die? Im very slow when it comes to movies =)

You never actually find out, but I think the implication is that he dies.

Blood diamonds (a.k.a. conflict diamonds) come from places that are controlled by factions opposed to different types of governments. They are sold to fund military action in opposition to those governments. These diamonds haven't been certified by the market. Instead, they are smuggled and are directly shipped to different countries to be sold for money. They are produced through the forced labor of men, women, and children. Some countries that produce blood diamonds are: Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Angola. A process, known as the Kimberly Process, is formulated to obstruct the entry of conflict diamonds to the market. Leonardo DiCaprio's character does die at the end by a gun shot wound. Sorry for the disappointment. :(

Yes..poor Leo dies once again!but this time it wasnt a ice berg that got him!he was shot by the army dudes and halfway up the mountain he realised that he couldn't make it to the top & he was just slowing the other 2 down. so he gave them the diamond, let them go and lay down against a rock overlookin the beautiful african background.then he phoned his lady friend, said good bye and died a honorable death!
