Everytime i try to connect to a particular sight the sam message appears: "Page cannot be displayed" and rhe screen goes blank. I tried everything but I dont know what to do. Im not sure If the sites have been blocked or not, because Im not sure how to block them in the first place. Any ideas as to how I can connect?

ok i know one thing you can try is refresh the page just right click and look for it.
or you can also restore your pc just
1.go to start
2.all programs
3.Accessories
4.system tools
5.system restore
and just restored to the last time it was working correctly

I have a Dell Dimension 4600 w/ Windows XP and when I have trouble, it's either the internet, or after I save all photos on CD-R, I just put my computer, though Computer Restore ( not System Restore), which removed all programs except what was on the computer when I got it new. Then I redownload all the program old and new. DSL or Cable ( Broadband Internet) servers have their own virus and spyware protection or download America Online 9.0 Security Editon, for free, and included is Safety & Security Center, which is great. http://www.aol.com

If you have a firewall sometimes that can prevent you from connecting to certain sites. To make sure the site is working properly if you have windows XP, click start - run - type in cmd and then press enter....this will bring up the MSDOS screen. in there type in ping www.__________.com and put the name of the website in there. Hopefully that helps some
