I am a broker and have worked with them on home purchases before. They have reduced fees and will list you on the MLS. They also have their own title company with reduced fees as well.

You are better off just listing with an agent. The process of selling a home is more complicated than most people think.
Just a little tip, even if it is in the mls, and you are offering a percentage to a buyers agent most still will not show it. We prefer to deal with other agents, not owners as you are emotionally attached to the home. Plus the whole fsbo concept takes away from our lively hood, so most agents Will not show fsbo, even if you are offering some form of compensation. I wish you luck in the sale.
