Eh? Someone's address is their "name" that you type on the "to" line on an email (like in Yahoo! email software). It usully looks something like somebody@somewhere.something (like "yourname@yahoo.com")

So you type that in, then tab down to "Subject:" and type in what the email's about. Then tab down and type in the message. Then click "send".

When it comes to "incoming" you'll notice there's an "inbox" (in Yahoo!) so you click on an email and its contents show up in the bottom pane. Up on the line at the top is a trashcan you can click when you want to delete the item or you'll see a place to click to reply, and so on, and so on...
