I know this question has been asked before but I was curious what people's opinions are, considering the Hall of Fame announcements occur between Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania. In any case, here is my list of who I believe SHOULD be inducted into the Hall of Fame:

Big Bossman (considering he died, I feel a tribute is appropriate), "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Miss Elizabeth (the first Diva in WWE!), LOD/Road Warriors, Bruno Sammartino, Howard Finkel (other than VInce, can you name someone who appeared on each of the first twenty Wrestlemanias? I didn't think so), "Stone Cold" Steve Austin....and I have a controversial pick to add, but WWE would have been decimated to the point of extinction by WCW if it were not for... VINCE RUSSO. I hate the guy's politics, but he saved the WWE's bacon.

Any other thoughts?

Bruno Sammartino has opposed being inducted into the WWE hall of fame. Otherwise he would have been inducted a long time ago. And Vince Russo would be breaking keyfabe. Other then those two, the rest are great picks. I'd also pick:

Ricky "the Dragon" Steamboat (Inducted by Ric Flair)
Scott Hall (Inducted by Triple H and Shawn Micheals)

Here's what I think....

1.) No active wrestler should be inducted.... period.

2.) A wrestler should be inducted 20 years after their greatest Wrestlemania moment
-The exception to this rule would be if Wrestlmania was held in inductees hometown for that year. You could then do it at 18-22 years instead of the 20.

3.) Dead former-wrestlers do not have to wait 20 years, but no more then 2 should be put in each year.

4.) Every year, at least one non-wrestling and one non-wwe personality should be inducted (which shouldn't be the same person)

I do not forget that it will be tremendous to induct a homeland hero yet Benoit made a mistake that made him deserve no longer to get inducted . very virtually all people interior the WWE stocks the discomfort and sacrifice to maintain their job yet inducting Benoit will harm WWE's promotion. basically imagine how the stockbrokers, media, and the commonplace public will react to this submit-humous ceremony.
