Jesus Christ (Positive) - Without Christ living the life that he lived, and dying for my sins, and being raised from the dead, I would not have hope for yesterday, today, or tomorrow (or eternity).
My Dad (Positive) - He has taught me so much about life, love, leadership, the list goes on and on and on. That man has influenced me more than any other human in my life today, and is a continuous inspiration to me.
My Fiance (Positive) - The woman of my dreams, my future partner for life. Brittany is the love of my life, and has taught me so much about faithfulness, loyalty, and love. I am forever grateful for her love in my life!

2 people, my parents : both negative and positive... The negative part is that they have some prejudices that I do not agree with and refuse to follow what they believe. The positive is that they were strict with me as a child and I am a better person because it.
The third person would be my husband. He is a completely positive influence. He is such a good person that there is no way I couldn't benefit from his kindness.

My Mother has influenced me because she taught me patience and vigilance, it does pay off. My Aunt has influenced me because she taught me that you can be somebody even if you become a mother at a young age and last but not least my Father has influenced me because in watching him I learned that I had his awful temper and once I figured that out, I had to learn to control it. My Mom and Aunt are still alive and in each and every conversation I thank them, they always say for what and I just say for being my Mom or Aunt. My Father is now deceased and in the conversations with him (in my mind), I too thank him because being thankful is more livable than being thankless.

Dr. Martin Luther King: He showed me that passive resistance and civil disobedience can actually work (seriously, I used to just think they were a pipe dream).
My wife: She accepts me no matter what, but at the same time doesn't put up with crap.
My dad: I'm still trying to get over what he put me through and I hope I can get to the point where I'm a better person because of what he did.

Possitive - My 7th grade history teacher - Miss Megginson. She taught me that learning could be fun and to learn to correlate everything - that everything is entwined. One event causes another and so on.
Negative - My last boyfriend. He took the joy out my doing things, made me feel no longer special. By manipulating my feelings and empathy cause me to abandon many friends and family as he believed they weren't worth 'my time'. I felt like I lost parts of myself.
Possitive - My friend RR, he basically got me to challenge the way I think and the way I look at the world. He lead me on the path in that I am in more control of my thoughts and actions as I realized that I was in control of my destiny.

3. one of my high school teachers, Sister Marie Joannes. she told me that i could go anywhere in life. i did----teacher-elementary school principal (earning a 6 figure salary).
2. my 7th grade teacher, Sister Jane Elizabeth. she belittled me, laughed at me, and pushed me into a 6 month bout of childhood depression. although she negatively impact me, when i started teaching, i took all her ugly qualities and told myself that i wouldn't practice any of them. i have always practiced just the opposite of her behavior.
1. my father. although he wasn't much into saying i love you or being demonstrative, i knew he loved me unconditionally. from my father i learned to be a giving person; giving of time, physical labor, and financial assistance. in many ways his behavior was truly Christ-like. i'm trying to model my adult life after him. so far, i'm pleased to be walking in his shoes.
