Where can I get the song Help! by The Beatles without the actual lyrics, just the instruments.

The easiest way to get a song without vocals is using midi songs. In case you haven't heard of it, they are basically synthesized music without vocals.

Try looking for karaoke recordings. They would have the instrumental tracks without the vocals.

I could swear a bootleg of that exists. Either that or it may be on the Anthology.
