My husband is fixed he got fixed almost a year ago. Could there be a chance i'm pregnant? I am late on my period. Its only like a day or two late but it has always been like clock work.

actually i have heard of this happening. its very rare but it does happen. go ahead a take a test. look up some facts of this happening so that you have something to show your husband when you tell him you are pregnant. men are the jealous type so be sure that you have something to show him to prove your case. good luck to you.

Yep...My friend only wanted 1 baby. So her husband got fixed. She got pregnant again. They said maybe they didn't wait long enough before having unprotected sex. So he got fixed again. They waited a long time before having unprotected sex. And she got pregnant AGAIN! They have 3 beautiful children (yes they are all the same dad). The doctors said sometimes the body just fixes itself, even after having the vasectomy 2 times...

It could be... my aunt was *fixed*, I guess the Doc did a bad job b/c a little later she had my cousin. I still don't think this happens alot soo I would give it a few more days to see if it comes.

Are you stressed? Have you started a new diet or exercise routine? I'd focus on those items first.

Did your husband have the zero-sperm count test done after his procedure?

It happens but it's so extremely rare... I'd probably look towards recent changes in your lifestyle :)

sterilization in men is only 98%- 99% effective, but it takes a year or better for that number to be reached.

Its possible, but not likely at all.

Could be.............I think it takes a while for a vasectomy to really work. Like over a year or so.
