Group work question... What you think....?

Have you ever worked in teams.. What you learned while working with you team, How would you make changes. Would you do things differenty?

I used to work on a team of 3-4 people. I loved it. We all matched in our strengths and worked well together. We were able to joke and have fun together also.
Me (girl & 2 guys). I would probably not put a group of women together as they can at times lose focus and bicker back and forth.

I think team work is great, and should be taught in school.
