i'm trying to find a job but, i'm 17 and i the nearest town is 6.5 miles away, i cant drive yet because i dont have the money to get my permit yet but, my parents work at night and the places that are near me you have to be at least 18 to work there. I just got a big head ache, i've been looking for a job for at least 3 months now but, am i the only one having this problem?

Finding work can be challenging no matter what your age. I really commend you for looking for work!

You may have to get really creative or really energetic. Here are some options off the top of my head:

Get a bicycle and ride it to work. 6.5 miles is do-able, and you'll be in excellent shape in no time at all (if you're not already!)

Start your own business mowing lawns, delivering papers, cleaning pools, walking dogs or pet sitting, babysitting.

Find out if there are jobs where your parents work so you can ride with them.

Is there any public transportation? Can you ride a bus to work?

Do you have a friend who works somewhere so you can ride with him/her?

Good luck to you.

is there someplace you can walk to work after school (or even ride a school bus?) and then the parents could pick you up after work, or you could pay a friend of co-worker to give you a ride home. See if you can get work near your house, like being a farmhand or helping someone out with their yard or farm that is near your house in the country. Not all jobs are in town.

No, but in your case I'd open my own business, see what it is you can do, like set up computers and TVs, babysitting, yard work, then put up ads in the supermarket and flyers near your home. Save up for that permit so you can go farther afield than your immediate neighborhood.
