i have encountered the same too. what i had done as a solution to that is i had replaced my memory. the program cannot execute a certain memory address in your memory module. all programs runs first at the memory.
another possible reason why it appears, if your os works and the message only appears when you run the program, your computer does not met the technical requirements of the software or either the software itself has corrupted files. try reinstalling the software. but first unistall it and reinstall it again.
you say that you cannot off the computer, then your os is possibly corrupted, need to reinstall it.
another solution that is possible, try to lower the speed of your memory at the cmos setup.
hope i could help you with your problem.

The error messages refer to hexadecimal memory locations. They're pretty much nonsensical without further information. It's typically an indication of either a hardware failure (RAM or hard disk) or a corrupt software application.
Since you're getting the identical message on two machines, you can pretty much rule out hardware fault. Either you loaded the same program on both computers, and both installations were corrupt (possible, but unlikely), or your network has been infected with a virus that has hosed both systems. Strongly suspect a virus...

it's an exeption fault, reinstall that aplication (you can't do much more, ... seems not like a virus to me)
but without any info, ... no way to help you more, ... you need to debug yourself: does that error occur on secific actions, starting/using a program, when you do a specific action?
is it windows (if you don't want to reinstall windows, and got no backups -> try several fixing software, but not likely to help)
hope you can figure out

Sounds to me like you have the same software application on both PCs and its either corrupt or your PCs dont fit the requirements of the software!

Sound like a RAM problem. If you have multiple RAM Sticks remove each time (try all the combinations) and test to see if you get the error and remove the bad stick or get a new one

It sounds like the operating system utilities didn't run your computer efficiently.
