no... i just went there with a party of twelve people recently. it wont be a problem anyway because cheesecake factory have a huge capacity of seating. they wouldn't mind though if you wanna make a reservation, they would be glad because it makes them look like a more fancy restaurant.

No. There is no call ahead seating except in the event you are bringing a large group of 10 or more then they would like for you to call in advance.
