I think the first one´s the best for your baby boy, but I also like the name Alexander Caio, both are beautiful for your little one.

I like Alexander but if your trying to stay away from having a Jr, I would go with Shaun Travis, to me it sounds better. Good Luck. And Congratulations.

I think Shaun sounds better with your last name, but I like Travis better. You could name him Alexander and call him Zander or Xander, but that it fairly common now.
