I don't know if i'm describing it wrong or what...I want a full set with a sprayed on french tip what are they called??

Ask for a straight set of pink acrylic, then airbrush on french nail-art (some nail techs can do a good job with a regular brush, though)
I assume you are getting acrylic tips, right?
Or get a nail-tech/manicurist that speaks english.
(BTW. My wife is a manicurist and we owned a shop, so that's how I know all this stuff)

It's called a french manicure.
What exactly are you walking out with?
All you need to say is I want a full set, and I want a french manicure. They'll only spray it on if they do airbrushing. Not all salons do airbrushing.
If you already have a set of nails on and they've grown out a little, just tell them you need a fill and a french manicure.
They should all understand exactly what you mean. If they don't, then try a different salon.

Tell them you want a full set and a french manicure. When I ask for a french manicure they use a beige base and spray on the white tips.

It seems to me you want acrylic nails with a french manicure/tips. If this is what you are asking for I don't see why the nail technician is not painting/applying what you want. I suggest maybe going to another nail salon if available or consulting the manager in a non-confrontational manner and saying "look this is what I want I am not sure if I am saying itcorrectly and if I am why aren't I reciving what I am paying for" and then maybe you may get a dicounted price or something.

If the person doing your manicures can't figure out something as simple as what your asking for you should go to somebody else! Also taking a picture of what you want is always a good idea then if you don't get what you asked for "Do Not" I repeat "Do Not" Pay for it ! if there's any problem just call the Cops show them the picture of what you asked for and what you ended up with and they will back you up no problem ! Never ever pay for work that is not what you requested!
