You must be uncircumcised so retract the skin beyond the head and wash the head and the under side of the skin that goes over the head. Make sure you rinse it off well to you don't want all soap and gunk up in it.

wash with plenty of hot water and soap, dry well and use baby power...if that doesn't work get circumcised that should kill the BO

Since it stinks I assume you aren't circumcised. You have to pull back your foreskin and wash the head

you've got to clean the dirty old smeg from it for one thing. Try using a wire brush; that should take a few layers of scum from it. When you're done, dip it in rubbing alcohol.
