Does anybody remember all the ways the name 'Jack' is used in folklore.And help me get a list.?

Mainly conserned with the British Isles but any and all will really do. Please HELP! Need this for a story.

Spring-heeled Jack and Jack the Ripper are both mysterious figures associated with the city of London.

We have Jack O'Lantern for Halloween in the fall and Jack Frost for the wintertime. On May Day the man who dresses up like a tree is known as "Jack in the green"

In nursery rhymes we have Jack and Jill, Jack Sprat, and Jack be Nimble,

The Rolling Stones give us "Jumpin' Jack Flash" and from the Who "Happy Jack." Not to forget Billy Joel's "Captain Jack"

There's also Jack the Giant Killer of fairy tale fame, responsible for climbing the beanstalk as well as a number of other adventures, and Jack-in-Irons, a ghost in chains.

And we can't forget last but not least, Jack Schitt.
