to keep you from messing them up even more you going to have to get them done professionally, my mom who is a beautician just did my eyebrows for a dance i went to and when she got done I looked like a totally new person, you'll be amazed what eyebrows do for a person, make 'em or break 'em

Here's an excellent link with details on the way to pluck your eyebrows:

If you don't have enough brow to work with, let them grow out & fill bare patches with Maybellline Brow Pencil. (Best & cheapest, choose color 1 shade lighter than your hair color.)

You can also use a clear mascara or brow gel to tame your brows into place. (Maybelline or Cover Girl Brow Gel or mascara.)

The best thing to do is to let your brows grow out while using the tips above and start over with a professional shaping.

Try plucking and bleaching them.

I also use really small and sharp scissors to help shape my brows.

Also try some brow styling gel, (regular hair gel can work too)

I have unruly brows myself, but noone ever knows. I always get compliments.

That's what I do, and my brows are beautiful :-)

Look for stencils and an eybrow pencil, sometimes they are sold in kits like this:
