Today?! No, on both. They'll need at least 10 years in the league to be locks for the Hall. Although, personally, they could come very close.

Tom Brady - will make the HOF

Brian Urlacher - may make the HOF but definitely take many times and years to get in. Usually HOF players are remembered by the thought of "if this person was playing in another era, how would he do"

Not too sure about Urlacher, but I would say that Brady is definitely worth considering. He was a second-string QB behind Drew Bledsoe. Next thing you know, Bledsoe is out for the season, Brady comes to the plate and leads the Pats to the longest winning streak in NFL history. He has also been a two-time Superbowl MVP, and lead the Pats to dynasty status.

Urlacher is good, but the league has seen better - Johnathan Vilma was just as impressive in his rookie year.

Defintly Brady but maybe not Urlacher. Urlacher needs to keep playing like this for another 4-5 years and most likely he'll make it on his 2nd or 3rd ballot.

yes to both because of brady's superbowl wins and for urlacher because of the way he turned the team around when he came in da bears were no good but with his good play and a few years later they got to the superbowl

I think Brady would. Urlacher needs more work though he is awesome.

Yes. Both players have the credentials to make it into the Hall. Their stats and success are the best of their time. The one person that I would like to know if he would make it into the Hall of Fame would be Tiki Barber.
