Yes! Not only do they show it in their body language but they reveal dislike by the way they talk to you, like it's a chore! They avoid you and may even talk about you.
Plus I can pick up subtle vibes from them. Many unspoken things to pick up on.

Yes,When they try to avoid you,if there rude,tell you they rather not make plans,if they put you down,when they tell you your to much of this or not enogh of that, if they give you the cold shoulder and when they say bye and not ttl.

Yup, they will usually give you those "death glares" or they will sneer when you're around. make bad comments at you. Or sometimes you will just straight out tell they dont like you by just looking at them.

Absolutely, the same way you can tell that someone likes you. they get brief and try to avoid you and whenever they address you they attack you.

girls are petty dont worry about who likes or dislikes you in the end you'll find out it doesn't matter who does or who doesn't like you. just forget it.

Yeah they will be really rude to you and be nicer towards others and make fun of you or embarrass you on purpose.

Sometimes people can be fake in your face and pretend they do like you but hate you....sometimes you won't know but you will find out
