Honey, if you don't throw gas on the fire, it won't burn as much. Leave the situation alone and when she realizes she'll get no response at all from you, she'll find someone else to annoy.

Tell your parents and definitely do not fight physically. Believe it or not, most of us women went through school without ever having a physical fight (but we all had plenty of drama, that's just the way it is with girls). Make an appointment with your school counselor or principal and tell them if you feel threatened. School should be a safe place where you can learn and socialize without feeling threatened.

It sounds like you and this girl need to come to terms verbally. Perhaps you could give her a call when she is not around her friends. Let her know that you don't have to be best friends, but you want to be civil to one another and resolve this conflict between the two of you in a calm way. Make sure your Mom knows you are making the call so she can lend her support to you and offer her advice.

I think that by you doing nothing you showed that you had more self control and were more mature than she was. It's okay to disagree, but fighting is just immature. If you can, try being kind to her, or at least refuse to fight back. Don't act like a weakling. Just make it clear that you disagree with her, but that you are too mature to fight with her about itt. Chances are she'll start to feel ashamed of herself and leave you alone.

Leave this girl alone, and let things cool down. You were right not to do anything.
Don't initiate any fights, whatever you do!

Ignore the situation. She probably didnt do it on purpose. Why cause problems for yourself.
