I have only said I love you to someone when I truley have it has come striaght from the heart the first time I said it was when the butterflies in my stomach finally settled down and i knew everything I could about my partner. I say i love you to my children, they are my first and last words for a day to them I think you will say i love you when the time is right but don't ever say it unless u mean it.

My parents had recently separated and and my Mom was sat crying one day. I remember thinking she looked sad, so I put my arms round her and said 'hey mom I love you and we will be ok'.
