Does anyone else dislike the manning family

why all the hostile behaviour, someone needs to chill out. Peyton Manning won the superbowl because of all of his skills.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Bears offense, ESPECIALLY that little pansy Grossman. I have seen little girls with more guts than he has. I have been a Bears fan for over 30 years & I think Grossman & even Lovie should be looking for other jobs come next season. Grossman because he tries to hard to be the hero & he doesn't have the skills that Lovie put so much confidence in & Lovie for leaving him in & letting the Super Bowl swirl down the drain.... The Bears defense played the entire game because the offense couldn't get a first down to save their lives. Payton was on his game plain & simple, Grossman was off of his like he has been most of the season. He should have been pulled when he tried the long bomb passes instead of going for short accurate passes. He was PATHETIC!!!!
But the other thing I noticed was that even the crowds were not the "usual" Super Bowl crowds. The whole thing seemed a little weird, but Grossman was a total disappointment... I still LOVE my Bears, but a defense can not be expected to play the entire 4 quarters. The offense just didn't step up.

i'm not a huge fan of his either but come on now. don't be bitter or jealous that his family has been successful. okay so i don't like the fact that his brother demanded to be traded from the team that drafted (hey he's paying for it now-his team sucks he can't get it done and the crowd is calling for his head). but how you gonna knock peyton when he's been nothing but a example of how a pro should carry himself. the guy is a model of consistancy. so knocking him because he's succesful-AND NICE is just wrong.
don't be a hater. accept that your team couldn't throw the ball and accept that the bears need to do what saints did and make an effort to get a real QB.
by the way i don't like the colts and i'm a die hard 49er fan my second team is the bears. but i accept the fact that peyton is a great qb and a fine role model.

I am mostly upset because the colts shouldn't have even been there in the first place. If anyone saw the game where the Pats vs. the Colts you may remember that a touchdown was taken away from the Pats. Well after further, review the refs saw after the game that the TD was good. Those 6 points would have been enough to make the pats go to the SuperBowl. Oh well. Payton Manning will probobly just make a Commercial about it.

R U kidding!?! Don"t be a hater! The COLTS won the super bowl and ppl still want to talk trash about them! Peyton IS THE MAN, and here in Indy we are happy as h e l l !!!!

For me this was the best Superbowl ever. Two Black Head coaches on the sidelines was a history making event. The first time that has ever happened ever There was no way I was gonna be disappointed this year...Tony Dungy...after all he's been through, losing his son to suicide. Man, he deserved that win. I had to give it up. I was rooting for the Bears they have the most former Longhorns (HOOK 'EM) one of who happens to be my cousin. They just couldn't put it together last night.

Absolutely not disappointed. The best team won who had the best players, best coaching, and phenomenal work ethic. They earned this boys. Everyone talks trash about Peyton because he's at the top of his field.
And for the Bears... they were over-rated. For them supposedly having the best defense, we ran it down their throat and for Mr Grossman...... he choked.
The best team won. Be happy for the COLTS!! They earned it. You cannot take that away from them.

To be honest I was very dissapointed when the chicago bears lost.I thought the bears were playing pretty good against the Colts.I don't know what happen to the Bears.

No. I just think the guy is way over rated!!! It didn't take him that long to win a super bowl for nothing.

Disappointed in the Bears performance, but they did lose Benson early in the game. I harbor no ill feelings for Peyton or his family...nothing personal, but it's a football game, not a personal vendetta.
