Monk got denied again this year while celebrated prostitute lover and crack-smoker Michael Irvin got voted in.
Look at the comparison: Irvin won 3 super bowls and finished with 750 receptions for 11,904 yards and 65 TDs.
Monk also was a leader on 3 Super Bowl champions, finishing with 940 receptions for 12,721 yards and 68 TDs.
Yes, Monk has better numbers across the board than Irvin, and he retired as the all-time leader in Receptions (Rice broke his record)!!
To top it off, while Irvin was snorting blow, Monk was a classy, hard-working leader who blocked well, kept his mouth shut and stayed off the police blotter and NEVER dropped passes. The Hall of Fame should be ashamed.

Good job showing the numbers, I never knew the numbers were so close too. I also didn't know Monk also had three championships. I hate the Cowboys and Michael Irvin, especially hearing him on ESPN. He never says anything that makes sense and ALWAYS defends Terrell Owens. Is there really any other reason to dislike this guy?

yes. Over dued. Somebody have something against Art Monk in the voting because he is hands down a hall of famer. Not sure why he;s not in yet. He should've been in 5 years ago.
